Piraeus Port
Piraeus is the main port of Athens. There are daily ferries to the Saronic islands, the Cyclades, the Dodecanese, Crete, and the North Aegean islands. Also, the port acts as a base for many cruise ships from all over the world. The port has 12 gates from which the ferries depart. There is a free shuttle bus linking the E7 gateway to the E3, E2 and E1 gates every 15-30 minutes. The terminal stop is inside the port, opposite to the Piraeus metro station.You can get to Piraeus by metro line 1 (the green line). You can purchase your ticket at any metro station at the price of €1.40 for a 90-minute ride.
Rafina
Rafina is the second busiest port in Attica. It is located at the northeast coast of Attica and it is the nearest port to Eleftherios Venizelos Airport 10 kilometers away, 30 kilometers from the centre of Athens and 40 kilometers from the port of Piraeus. You can get from the centre of Athens to Rafina with the intercity bus routes of KTEL Attikis. If you do not have your own vehicle, the main ways to reach the port of Lavrio from the centre of Athens are by taxi or by KTEL (bus). The buses depart from Pedion tou Areos and the journey takes around 1,5 hours and it costs 3-4 euros. The journey from Athens lasts about 1 hour by taxi and it costs 50-65€.

Lavrio
Lavrio (or Lavrion) is the third busiest port in Attica. It is located on the southeast coast of Attica and serves ferry routes from Athens to the Cyclades and the islands of the Northeast Aegean. The port of Lavrio is located about 60 km from the centre of Athens and 30 km from Athens International Airport in Spata. If you do not have your own vehicle, the main ways to reach the port of Lavrio from the centre of Athens are by taxi or by KTEL (bus). The journey from Athens lasts about 1,5 hours by taxi and it costs about 60-80€. The journey by KTEL lasts around 2 hours and it costs 5-7€.

- Up to 4 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
- Up to the departure:A 50% cancellation charge is applied and the tickets cannot be converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.
- After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.
LOW SEASON: All other dates except those mentioned in HIGH SEASON
- Up to 3 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.

CANCELLATION FEES: OPEN DATE TICKETS
- Open date tickets are cancelled without charge when they have been originally issued as open date.
- If passengers wish to travel on a date when a higher fare is in force, then they must pay the difference between the current and the pre-paid open ticket fare.
- Tickets which have been converted to open date, are cancelled according to the canellation terms and conditions of the originally issued tickets.
- Tickets are only canceled by the issuing agencies.
- Tickets cannot be canceled by phone, fax, or e-mail. Those interested must submit the tickets to the issuing agency.
- Tickets issued by Seajets’ online booking system and not issued can be canceled even by e-mail if sent by the e-mail address stated in the booking form.
- Refunds to canceled tickets are made by the issuing agency, up to 1 year from the date of cancellation of the tickets and in exceptional cases by the local cooperating central agencies.
Ticket Cancellations
– Up to 14 days before departure: full fare refund
– Up to 7 days before departure: 75% fare refund
– Up to 12 hours before departure: 50% fare refund
– The fare is NOT refundable for cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure.
The same terms apply to tickets purchased through our website, but you can apply for cancellation by e-mail, which must be sent at least 1 business day before the respective cancellation deadlines, and which will contain the exact details of booking. In case the ticket is already printed, it is necessary to present it to Seajets or to the central agent of the departure port.
- From the date of the ticket issue and up to 14 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
- From 13 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
- From 6 days up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
- In less than 12 hours of the scheduled departure: the fare is not refunded.
